Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of renewcleanup.com and any related booking, cleaning, referral, rewards, coupon, payment, or communication services offered by RENEW CLEANUP LLC (“RENEW CLEANUP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, requesting or purchasing services, or participating in RENEW REWARDS, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you act for a company, property owner, tenant, or other person, you represent that you have authority to do so.

2. Service estimates, scope, and scheduling

Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may change after an on-site assessment, changes in scope, unusual soil or stain conditions, access limitations, safety concerns, or additional requested work. The confirmed work order, invoice, or booking confirmation controls if it conflicts with general website descriptions. Arrival windows are estimates; weather, traffic, prior jobs, emergencies, and access issues may cause delays.

3. Customer responsibilities and access

You agree to provide accurate information, safe and timely access, working utilities reasonably required for the service, and notice of hazards, fragile items, pets, alarms, restricted areas, special materials, and known pre-existing damage. Unless otherwise agreed, customers should remove valuables, breakables, toys, papers, and small items from service areas. We may decline or stop work when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, unsanitary beyond the agreed scope, or likely to damage property or equipment.

4. Carpet, upholstery, cleaning, and property conditions

Results vary based on age, wear, fiber, construction, prior treatments, staining, contamination, fading, damage, and maintenance. We do not guarantee removal of every stain, odor, discoloration, permanent wear pattern, or pre-existing condition. Some materials may experience normal drying time, texture changes, color variation, or recurrence of stains caused by wicking. You must disclose manufacturer instructions and known sensitivities before work begins.

5. Pricing, payment, taxes, and authorization

Prices are shown or quoted in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the approved amount, applicable taxes, agreed add-ons, and any disclosed cancellation or access fee. Payment processing may be provided by third parties such as Stripe or PayPal and is also subject to their terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for accurate billing information and any lawfully imposed taxes or fees.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, minimum-charge, and refund rules shown in your booking flow, quote, or confirmation are incorporated into these Terms. Contact us promptly if plans change. Refunds, re-service, or credits are determined under the applicable written offer and the circumstances of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. Inspection and service concerns

Please inspect the work when reasonably possible and notify us promptly of any concern, preferably within 48 hours, with relevant photos or details. We may request a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, when appropriate, re-perform the affected portion before another provider alters it. This notice process does not eliminate non-waivable legal rights.

8. Coupons, promotions, gift cards, and discounts

Coupons and promotional codes are subject to their stated expiration, service-area, customer, minimum-spend, and service restrictions; have no cash value; may not be sold or duplicated; and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed. We may reject altered, automated, fraudulent, leaked, or unauthorized codes. Gift cards and prepaid credits are governed by the terms presented at purchase and applicable law.

9. RENEW REWARDS customer referrals

Referral links and coupon codes may use cookies, browser storage, URL parameters, and payment-processor records to attribute a customer to a referring participant. Attribution is determined by our records and the program rules in effect when the qualifying transaction occurs. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fictitious transactions, chargebacks, refunds, cancelled work, unpaid balances, purchases made in violation of a promotion, and manipulated or fraudulent activity do not qualify. We may correct, reverse, hold, or deny rewards tied to ineligible transactions.

10. Affiliate and creator participation

Participants must provide accurate enrollment and tax information, follow campaign-specific instructions, use only approved claims and assets, and comply with all laws and platform rules. Endorsements must reflect honest opinions and actual experience. Any material connection—including payment, free services, discounts, commissions, or other benefits—must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously near the endorsement. Video disclosures should be understandable in the video itself and, when appropriate, in the accompanying caption. Participants may not use bots, purchased traffic, cookie stuffing, spam, misleading redirects, trademark bidding without written approval, impersonation, fabricated reviews, unapproved health or performance claims, or deceptive incentives.

11. Reward calculation, approval, and payment

Program rates, qualifying events, attribution windows, tiers, caps, review periods, payout methods, and availability may vary by campaign and are shown in the applicable RENEW REWARDS or Referly materials. Unless a campaign expressly says otherwise, rewards apply only to net amounts actually collected after discounts, taxes, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and credits. Pending rewards may be reviewed before approval. Participants are responsible for taxes on rewards and for maintaining accurate payout information. We may require reasonable identity, tax, ownership, traffic, or content verification before payment.

12. Program discretion, suspension, and termination

Participation and future referral earnings are conditional, not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RENEW CLEANUP may, in its sole discretion, decline, suspend, restrict, or terminate any participant's involvement, disable referral links or codes, change commission rates or eligibility, or pause or end any referral or creator program at any time, with or without cause. We may do so for business reasons or because we no longer wish to maintain the relationship. Notice may be delivered to the participant's account email or through the program portal; program-wide changes may be posted with a revised effective date. Any notice or consent required by applicable law or an existing binding agreement will be honored.

Misconduct and brand protection. Grounds for immediate suspension or termination include fraud, deception, dishonest endorsements, failure to disclose compensation, harassment, threats, abusive or discriminatory conduct, unlawful activity, misuse of customer information or our brand, spam, manipulation of tracking or payments, material breaches of campaign rules, or other conduct that we reasonably determine harms or poses a material risk to customers, staff, the public, or RENEW CLEANUP's reputation or business. This provision does not restrict lawful honest reviews, protected complaints, or other rights that cannot be waived.

Effect on recurring commissions. For participation governed by these Terms, no new referral commissions accrue on customer services or payments occurring after the effective time of termination or during suspension, including repeat bookings by previously referred customers, unless we confirm otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise. References to 10% for months 1–12, 5% for months 13–36, or “up to 36 months” describe a maximum potential earning window while both the program and the participant's eligibility remain active. They are not a promise of continued participation, a guaranteed income stream, or an unconditional right to 36 months of payments. A referral alone does not earn commissions on all future customer purchases.

Pending and previously earned amounts. We may place affected pending payments on a reasonable hold while investigating suspected misconduct, attribution issues, refunds, chargebacks, or errors, and may deny, reverse, or recover amounts shown to arise from fraud, ineligible transactions, material violations affecting the reward, or error, to the extent permitted by law. Termination alone does not automatically forfeit valid commissions already earned under the applicable agreement. Undisputed amounts lawfully owed remain payable under that agreement and applicable law. We will not use a payment hold solely to avoid a valid payment obligation.

Application of changes. These provisions apply prospectively to new participation and to existing participants only when the change becomes effective under their applicable agreement and any required notice or acceptance process. Posting revised terms does not by itself cancel previously vested rights or override an existing binding promise. Participation is non-exclusive and does not create employment, partnership, franchise, agency, or authority to bind RENEW CLEANUP.

13. Communications

By providing contact information, you agree to receive transactional communications about quotes, bookings, services, payments, account activity, and program administration. Marketing email or text messages will be sent only as permitted by law and applicable consent. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. You may use the unsubscribe method in an email or reply STOP to an eligible marketing text; message and data rates may apply. Transactional messages may continue when necessary to complete or service a transaction.

14. Intellectual property and acceptable website use

The website, logos, text, graphics, photos, videos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to RENEW CLEANUP and protected by law. You may use them only for personal use or as expressly authorized in writing or in approved program assets. Do not interfere with the website, probe security, introduce malicious code, scrape or automate access in a disruptive manner, misrepresent affiliation, or use our marks in a domain, account name, ad, or competing service without permission.

15. Third-party services

Our website may link to or integrate services operated by Referly, Stripe, PayPal, BookingKoala, social-media platforms, analytics providers, or other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

16. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. RENEW CLEANUP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the website or program. For a claim relating to paid services, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify RENEW CLEANUP and its personnel from third-party claims arising from your unlawful conduct, your content or endorsements, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Washington law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Snohomish County, Washington. You may also have rights under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.

19. Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Material changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the applicable quote, booking confirmation, campaign rules, and privacy policy, form the agreement for the matters they cover.
